Terms of Service

1. The service

mysubstrackervault ("the app") is a personal tool for tracking your own subscriptions and online courses. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for the security of your email inbox — magic-link sign in relies on it.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Pricing is $9/month or $79/year in USD, billed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from Settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Canceling stops future charges — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refunds

All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or hit a serious bug, email support@mysubstrackervault.com within 14 days and we'll review your case in good faith.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to:

• Store data that isn't yours or that you don't have the right to store.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Resell access to your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your data

You own the data you add to your vault. See our Privacy Policy for how it's handled. You can export it as CSV or delete it at any time from Settings.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may cancel and delete your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice, with the updated date at the top of this page.
